Management of PBC groups

We are leaders in the development and support of PBC.

We currently support 19 practices in three PBC groups with a combined population of 155,000 patients. Our support is multi-faceted but we essentially supply the management of the group, allowing clinicians to focus on setting priorities and the strategic leadership of PBC.

Our experience has been developed through GP fund holding, non fund holding collaboratives, locality commissioning and PCGs. We have an excellent understanding of all aspects of PBC from both PCT and primary care perspectives.

PBC does work - we see it provide benefits to practices and patients every day. Our supported groups enjoy business case approval, effective group working, access to freed up resources and positive new service developments.

The expertise we have means we are ideal providers of bespoke PBC training from group development, funding bids and data analysis through to web design and preparation of annual plans.
