David Thorne is the founder. He has a thirty year career in the NHS, pharma, academic teaching and consultancy. His recent work has included NHS 111 design and several major QIPP projects. He is currently seconded to a part time role as the Chief Executive of a leading first wave Pathfinder GP Commissioning Consortium.
